This appears to be by far the rarer edition compared to that published by Darton two years later. WorldCat only locates a single copy with this imprint (in the British Library). The printer had a torrid time with this publication with misprinted page numbers, misplaced pages and unevenly cut edges (pages 1-353, then 364-5, 358-63, 356-7, followed by 366-838. Page 521 is mis typed "529"); I believe it is as orihginally issued -but can categorically indicate the publisher failed to print the entire work without faults. When Darton & Co. republished the work two years later, the only fault they failed to spot and correct was the mistyped page 521. Perhaps this rarer earlier edition was partly recalled and pulped due to the errors- hence few copies remain. Seller Inventory # ABE-1683651432855
