20 unnumbered leaves. Table of King's & Queen's reigns, Lord Mayors & Sheriffs, interest tables.  Folding copper engraving of Christ's Hospital (London views were not incorporated until about 1736).  An exceptionally early and very uncommon London Almanack. Doris Welsh only mentions Ruth Adomeit's copy and no others. The calendar shows changes of the moon, days of the month, saints days; includes an engraving on a folded leaf of a panoramic view of "Christ's Hospital," "Table of Kings & Queens reigns," list of "Lord mayors and sheriffs from the year 1723 to the year 1748," and "A Table exhibiting at one View the Value of Portugal Pieces in English Pounds, Shillings, and Pence". Engraved throughout; printed on one side only.  A similar edition from a different year is in the Queen Mary's Dolls' House in Windsor Castle. Title page with tear at top corner leaving small loss. Some leaves slightly worn due to the clasp. Age-toning throughout. Original marbled endpapers. Near contemporary ownerhip inscriptions dated 1757 and 1807. Provenance: Isaac Pendlebury. 32 x 57 mm. Contemporary brown calf with blind embossed floral and pointillé decorative covers. Wonderful patina. Slightly rubbed with areas of wear particularly at the corners , missing  brass clasp, and defective lower hinge - still holding.  Not in Spielmann. Welsh, 4548. OCLC, 767599075. WorldCat locates one copy worldwide (Indiana University Library).
